Suji ka Halwa

Ingredient:
SEMOLINA -250Gm.
GHEE -100Gm.                                             
SUGAR -250Gm.
WATER - 800 Gm



METHOD - (1) First put ghee in a pan.
                   
(2) When ghee melts add  semolina and roast it until it becomes golden brown.

(3) Then add water and keep mixing it and add sugar  also.

(4) Keep mixing it until ghee comes out .

(5) Halwa is ready
